All steel string Go Guitars are designed to use light gauge strings. The saddles are compensated to ensure accurate notes over the entire fret board. We use Rosewood fret-boards and bridges. Unlike some other brands, all of our steel string necks have truss rods and a comfortable shape. In short, our instruments feel and play like expensive quality guitars.

Our guarantee is simple. For the original owner, all parts and workmanship are covered for one year, excluding the strings and finish. We offer a 48 hr. test drive on all of our guitars. If the customer is not satisfied for any reason, we will refund all funds, including the shipping both ways. If a problem should arise, contact us for return instructions.

We accept payment by personal check, bank check, money order, or money wire. We are old school and do not handle credit card transactions.

The Go Mahogany (GO-M) comes with a Sitka Spruce top and Honduras Mahogany back and sides. The neck is Honduras Mahogany with a Rosewood fret-board. The neck has side dots for easy hand positioning. This instrument has a clear and bright sound for its size and it projects these qualities quite well. Surprisingly, this instrument excels when used for bottleneck blues and they make perfect backpacking guitars.

Type II Parlor Guitar For those who want a lot more sound volume in a small instrument, we suggest the Type II Parlor Guitar. They are offered in a 14th fret neck joint, steel string and a 12th fret neck joint, classical version. The Type II is available in Walnut and several varieties of Rosewood. They come with a custom made Puffy Gig bag. The prices start at $795.00 plus shipping. All Parlors are custom instruments and may take several months to ship.
